Returns

Due to hygiene and quality standards, all perfume, decant,mini perfume and sample sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. 

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perfumes that have been opened
• Items on sale or discounted
• Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bonitavibes.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
